Hunter bathrooms responded promptly to our request on hipages for a full renovation of a bathroom. During the first visit by the designer Natasha we were pleasantly surprised by her creativity and knowledge. In no time Natasha has created an image of a modern bathroom that fulfilled all our wishes and expectations. A visit to the showroom confirmed that we are dealing with a professional team of a well organized company that has a lot to offer. Therefore, we have decided to extend the renovation project including a laundry. A prompt response by the team lead by MJ delivered another attractive design that has created lots of valuable storage space and a nice look. Hunter bathrooms carried out all works in a timely and professional manner. The tradies were skillful and completed their respective tasks with attention to details. At each step of the renovation process the manager Shady carefully examined the progress. Shady regularly communicated with us explaining what and how is being done which made us fill was very comfortable. The project was very well managed and as a result the works were completed in a relatively short time of approximately 3 weeks reducing the burden of renovation to minimum. The works were carried out at a high standard leaving us with elegant bathroom and laundry that we will enjoy over many years to come. I recently conducted a complete renovation of a run-down property that we purchased, which included a full kitchen, main bathroom, en-suite and laundry rebuilds, in addition to custom wardrobe cabinetry in bedrooms and a significant amount of tedious tiling (including difficult to lay timber tiles). After the painstaking process of having multiple quotes (12 different groups to be exact) for the kitchen re-build, we thankfully stumbled across the Hunter group. From quote to completion, the Hunter group maintained a level of professionalism in communication and execution that is absolutely second to none. Natasha, our main point of contact, facilitated any of our queries day and night, weekday and weekend. Throughout the entire project, given the scale of their different businesses and services, they were able to deliver specific requests that other suppliers said was too difficult, including an impressive custom bi-fold door system in our laundry that is the envy of our friends and family! A few other points which were clear points of advantage for the Hunter group: Unbelievable level of intricate attention to detail, down to the millimetre in every join Production quality – the quality of our kitchen execution competes with what you would see in any high end show room – well ahead of some of the other suppliers we had quote Cost competitiveness - surprisingly, they were the most cost competitive quote we had across each component of the project, from kitchen joinery, stone inclusions, bedroom wardrobes and tiling Timing – They were able to complete our entire project within weeks of quoting My wife and I are absolutely grateful that we stumbled across the hunter group, and our only regret is that we didn’t find them earlier so we could have saved the headache of scouring through so many other suppliers.
